Terms and Conditions of Entry
Casa Rocca Piccola – Valletta, Malta

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Casa Rocca Piccola, visitors agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are intended to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all visitors, as well as the protection of the museum, its staff, and its collections.

Admission and Tickets
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through official channels (onsite ticketing desk, approved partners, or online).

Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the date/time stated unless otherwise indicated. Possible to change date/time subject to availability via email to enquiries@casaroccapiccola.com

Discounts and concessions are available only upon presentation of valid identification.

Casa Rocca Piccola reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Visitor Conduct
Visitors must act respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the collections.

Loud, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Food, drink, and chewing gum are not allowed inside exhibition rooms, unless otherwise designated.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping devices) is strictly prohibited within museum premises.

The use of mobile phones is permitted only in non-exhibition spaces and should not disturb others.

Photography and Recording
Personal photography is permitted in most exhibition areas unless signage indicates otherwise.

Flash, tripods, drones, selfie sticks, and professional equipment require prior written permission.

Commercial or editorial photography and filming must be pre-approved by Casa Rocca Piccola management.

Accessibility and Safety
Casa Rocca Piccola is committed to providing access to all visitors where possible, though due to the historic nature of the building some areas may have limited accessibility.

For safety reasons, visitors must follow all instructions given by staff, especially during emergencies.

Large bags, backpacks, luggage, or umbrellas must be checked or stored in designated areas when available.

Animals are not permitted, except certified service animals.

Protection of Collections and Property
Touching artworks, furniture, or objects is not allowed unless clearly indicated.

Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the building, its contents, or facilities resulting from negligence or failure to follow rules.

Theft, vandalism, or deliberate misuse of museum property will be prosecuted.

Children and Groups
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

School or tour groups must remain under the supervision of their teachers or leaders.

Leaders and chaperones are responsible for ensuring their group follows museum rules.

Liability
Casa Rocca Piccola accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Visitors enter the museum at their own risk. Casa Rocca Piccola will not be liable for any injury, accident, or medical condition unless directly caused by proven negligence on the part of the museum.

Changes and Closures
The museum reserves the right to alter opening hours, close galleries, or modify exhibitions without prior notice.

In exceptional circumstances, events, tours, or exhibitions may be cancelled, in which case alternative arrangements may be offered at the museum’s discretion.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. By visiting Casa Rocca Piccola, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts in case of disputes.
